The Outback Intellectual is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Sniper. It is a teamcolored sweater vest with an argyle pattern and a pipe, complete with a "Genteel Pipe Smoke" particle effect. The Argyle Pattern consists of two different shades of team-colour diamonds, with orange paintable diamonds in the middle.
The Outback Intellectual was contributed to the Steam Workshop as "The Touching Story".
