The Pugilist's Protector is a community-created headwear item for the Heavy. It is team-colored padded strap headgear, with the Mann Co. logo stamped on the front and a plastic mouth-guard.
The Pugilist's Protector is worn by Heavyweight Champs that use the Killing Gloves of Boxing in Mann vs. Machine.

- Paint affects this hat's color more, colors are less washed out.

Trivia
- The mouth-guard is similar to those worn by boxers, also known as Template:Ws, to prevent damage to the mouth and jaw as well as to reduce the risk of concussion caused by direct blows to the head. This ties in thematically with the Heavy's preference for hand-to-hand combat.
