The Marxman is a community-made miscellaneous item for all classes. It is a pair of Template:W bound together with tape.
The Marxman has two unique styles. The aptly named "Yes, Cigar" style adds a Cigar to the glasses.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Sleeping Dogs on Steam before August 14, 2012 or August 17, 2012 in Europe.
The Marxman was later contributed to the Steam Workshop, at Valve's request.
