The Sir Hootsalot is a community-created miscellaneous item item for Sniper. It is a brown owl that sits on the Sniper's shoulder.
Sir Hootsalot has two styles; the second style colors the owl's feathers white.
When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one. The Sir Hootsalot was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Camper's Companion".

- The string for the level description is missing, so the level for this item does not show up.

- The item's name is referring to Sir Lancelot, one of the members of the Knights of the Round Table in the legend of King Arthur.
