The Doc's Holiday is a community-created Miscellaneous item for the Medic. It opens the Medic's coat to reveal a team-colored pajama shirt patterned with white first aid symbols. The item comes in two styles: "Fever" and "Flu". "Flu" gives the shirt a white flower pattern.
The Doc's Holiday was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the same name.
