The Public Accessor is a promotional headwear item for all classes. It is an antenna similar to the Conspiracy Cap, but bent in several places, and the bulb at the end is broken in half. The hanging end of the antenna swings as the user moves, and the bulb glows in the dark.

This item has two styles, named "Hat" and "No Hat". As its name implies, the style "No Hat" removes the class' default headwear (if they have one) and tapes the antenna directly to their head.

This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who participated on the Periwinkle team in Reddit's April Fools 2013 event and who linked their Reddit accounts to their Steam accounts.
