The Powdered Practitioner is a community-created headwear item for the Medic. It is a powdered wig with a maroon/azure tricorn with gold trim, similar to those worn by British officers in the 1700s.
The Powdered Practitioner was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Enlightened Mann".

- The Powdered Practitioner was submitted with 2 other styles that were never integrated into the game. The second style "Despotic" is the powdered wig and the tricorn without the trim and the third style "Classical" is the wig without the tricorn.
