Texas Slim's Dome Shine is a headwear item for the Engineer. It isn't actually a hat at all, instead removing the Engineer's default helmet to reveal his shining, bald pate.
The hat description was written by FarazParsa.
Trivia
- Upon closer inspection of the Engineer it is clear that he is not quite bald and shaves his head.
