The Combat Slacks are a cosmetic item for the Heavy. They give the Heavy a set of utility gear; a pair of knee pads, straps clipped to his belt and a blast pad over his left shoulder.
The Combat Slacks was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "War Pants".
