The Voodoo Juju is a headwear item available to all classes that appears as a gray John Bull style low Topper decorated with a skull surrounded by hearts, skeletal fingers, and two gold rings. It was available to be purchased from the Mann Co. Store only during the Scream Fortress event, that ran between the 27th of October and the 8th of November 2010, it is no longer available to be purchased. It can still be crafted, it has a 1 in 2 chance of being crafted if an Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap is used alongside 4 Refined Metal (the other possible result is a Spine-Chilling Skull).

Trivia
- The hat is influenced by the Voodoo culture of Louisiana and Haiti. It may be based on the signature top hat of Voodoo Loa Baron Samedi, which similarly bears a skull at the front of the hat.
- "Juju" is an African word refering to the supernatural power ascribed to an object.
- Like several other Halloween hats, the Voodoo Juju does not have a randomly selected level when crafted or purchased. Its level is always 31, presumably because Halloween is on the 31st of October.
- According to Valve, this hat was modeled by the same man that made Gollum's face in The Lord of the Rings film trilogy.[citation needed]
- Most methods of obtaining this hat produce a non-tradable version. All store-purchased wearables are automatically not tradable or craftable, if you opt to craft the hat using the Unusual Haunted Metal Scrap, unlike most hats crafted with untradable metal the hat will become tradeable when crafted. However, if you craft it with an unusual metal that has been Gift Wrapped, it will become tradeable after a few days. The glitch to obtain non-tradable items through Gift Wrap has since been patched.
- The Voodoo Juju is craftable year-round. It is not limited to during the Scream Fortress Event.[1].
