The Spy

Brimstone is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It appears as a pair of horns, similar to the ones seen in the game The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth when obtaining Brimstone.

This cosmetic item has two styles, named "Hat" and "No Hat". "Hat" retains the default headgear, while "No Hat" hides the default headgear. The styles will share the same appearance for classes that do not have any default headgear.

Brimstone was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth on Steam before December 10, 2014.
