The Mair Mask is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a gas mask with a respirator that replaces the Pyro's normal mask. It appears to be directly modeled after the Soviet PMG gas mask, but the hose is on the bottom of the Mair Mask as opposed to the side.
The Mair Mask was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Hazeguard".
