The Toy Tailor is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It is a team-colored elf hat like the ones commonly seen in Christmas media, with yellow string wrapped around the base and a black feather tucked behind the string.
The Toy Tailor was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "Toy Tailor No Glasses".
