The Surgeon's Sidearms is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It adds a variety of medical tools to both the Medic's left wrist and right shirt pocket.
The medical tools include: Tweezers, two scalpels, a pair of scissors, and large syringe. The syringe is filled with team-colored liquid by default, and can be painted a variety of colors.
The Surgeon's Sidearms was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
