The Starboard Crusader is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a dark colored hat with a gold band across the front of it. It also has two pins on the front, with one bearing the Team Fortress 2 logo and the other bearing the Heavy's class emblem.
This cosmetic features two styles, "Casual" and "Professional". The Professional style switches the golden pins with a single golden miniature anchor.
The Starboard Crusader was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Trivia
- The item is modeled after the iconic hat worn by Jotaro Kujo, the primary protagonist of Stardust Crusaders, the third part of the acclaimed manga and anime series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure originally written by Hirohiko Araki.
- "Starboard" is the right side of a ship; the hat also resembles a sailor's cap.
- Right after being added to the game, the pins of the hat were removed. The hat was restored with updated, "TF2-ized" pins two days later.
