The Unknown Mann is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It shaves the Medic's hair to a bald fade, wraps a large bandage around his head, and adds a eye patch strapped over his left eye, which is scarred by three cuts; two vertical and one horizontal. Additionally, it adds stubble around the Medic's mouth and jawline.
The Unknown Mann was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
