The Tsarboosh is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a little team-colored fez that is placed onto the Heavy's head, and has a small floppy tassel attached.
The Tsarboosh was contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Unfamiliar Tarboosh".
