The Batter's Helmet is a headwear item for the Scout. It appears as a team-coloured, fibreglass Template:W with a single ear-guard that fits over the Scout's regular hat.
The hat description was written by TheTwoTonHammer for the Hat Describing Contest.[1]

Previous changes
- Paint affects this hat's color more, colors are less washed out.
- The hat's painting texture was improved.
Trivia
- The left ear is covered for right-handed batters and the right ear for left-handed batters, whichever ear faces the pitcher.[2] Since the Scout is a right-handed batter, he would seem to be wearing the wrong sided helmet. However, this could be because the Scout already wears the headset on his left ear.
