The Ghoul Box is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It is a team-colored toolbox mounted on the Engineer's back that is broken open. Four green tentacles are coming out, with one holding a wrench and another holding a team-colored screwdriver, and glowing yellow eyes can be seen in the toolbox's dark interior.
The Ghoul Box was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
