A Brush with Death is a community-created cosmetic item for the Medic. It appears as a bushy, dark brown beard with a thick handlebar mustache. It also gives the Medic's left eye a cataract, and adds scars across his left eyelid.
A Brush with Death was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
