The Twisted Topper is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is an orange and black top hat with a striped crown and a purple band with a grey buckle that resembles a jack-o'-lantern.
This item has two styles, named "Bow Tie" and "No Bow Tie". The "Bow Tie" style also features an orange shirt collar with a dark purple bow tie that resembles a bat, while the "No Bow Tie" style features only the top hat.
