The Ominous Offering is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a small creature inside a team-colored present with a yellow ribbon and a loose lid, with only its feet and eyes visible, that sits on the mercenaries' right shoulder (left for the Soldier).
When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one.
The Ominous Offering was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
