The Attendant is a headwear item for the Pyro which was released with the Polycount Pack as part of the Mann-Conomy Update. It appears as a gray soft cap with a yellow band sitting on top of a black curved visor. Like the Pyro's other Polycount Pack items, the Attendant is evocative of a 1950s gas service-station theme. It consists of an Attendant's hat and bowtie.

- The Attendant was given its own crafting blueprint.
Trivia
- Even though the bow-tie is included with the hat, it is not shown in the default backpack icon.
- On the official Mann-Conomy weapon attributes update page, the Pyro is wearing the Attendant hat but the bow-tie is missing.[1]
- Originally, the bow-tie and hat itself were intended to include stripes and a fire emblem, respectively.[1]
