The hat is less dusty than its earlier version and sports a new decoration similar to the pumpkin head on the Horseless Headless Horsemann's belt with a black stripe near the tab. Otherwise, it is identical to the Ghastly Gibus, including the ability to be worn by all classes. Team Fortress 2 players after Halloween 2010 can still receive the older Ghastly Gibus by completing the Ghastly Gibus Grab achievement.
