The Voodoo Vizier is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It gives the Spy a black top hat with a team-colored band and a skull mask that covers most of his face, which turns his eyes black with two tiny team-colored dots, one on each eye.
The Voodoo Vizier was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
