The Magistrate's Mullet is a community-created headwear item for the Spy, released with the first wave of community-contributed content. It is a white Template:W, also known as a powdered wig, with a small curled ponytail and black band at the back.
The hat description was written by Shapechanger for the Hat Describing Contest. It was slightly edited by Valve.
