It is a beige teddy bear dressed in the likeness of the Engineer, with team-colored overalls and ears poking out of its hard hat. - The Teddy Roosebelt will clip through the Engineer's arm and hand during some taunts, it also clips through the back of the pocket.

- This item's name comes from that of Template:W, the former President of the United States, along with "belt", the item's location on the Engineer's body.
- Roosevelt was nicknamed "Teddy"; a series of events involving a hunting party lead to the creation of the teddy bear.
