The Clockwerk's Helm is a promotional headwear item for the Engineer. It is a half-helmet with team-colored goggles that fit over the Engineer's default goggles, similar to the face of Clockwerk, a hero in Dota 2.

Update history
August 18, 2011 Patch (Manno-Technology Bundle)
- [Undocumented] The Clockwerk's Helm was added to the game.
Bugs
- The Item schema reports the Clockwerk's Helm as being paintable, however its texture files are not equipped to be painted, instead being equipped for self-illumination - single texture files cannot both be paintable and self-illuminated.
- The item significantly clips with the Googly Gazer, Professor Speks, Summer Shades, and Deus Specs.
