Update history
- The Mask of the Shaman was added to the game.
- Updated the Mask of the Shaman. (Partially removed the eye and mouth holes)
August 31, 2011 [Item schema update]
- Made Mask of the Shaman giftable and tradable.[1]
- [Undocumented] Fixed a Bug where the Genuine Mask of the Shaman would become untradable after being traded once.
- Added the Mask of the Shaman to the droplist and made it craftable.
Bugs
- This hat clips with the Demoman's collar frequently, most notably while wielding a two-handed weapon.
- When drinking from the Bottle, Frying Pan or Saxxy, the weapon will clip through the mask.
Unused content
- Materials for this hat can be found in the Spy's item folder in the GCF, implying the hat may have also been intended for the Spy. Its texture is located in the
all_class
folder in the GCF as well, this may have been because it is a mask of invisibility and the spy's ability to turn invisibility.
