The Bolgan is a promotional headwear item for the Demoman. It is a horned helmet carved from wood, with brass trim. The helmet is carved as such that it covers his left eye, and is similar to the ones worn by Bolgans, a race of war-like ogres from the game Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
This item was awarded in Genuine quality to players who pre-purchased Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning on Steam before February 7, 2012.
