The Brigade Helm is an unlockable headwear item for the Pyro. It appears as a team colored thermoplastic helmet, typically associated with firefighters. The Pyro wears the hat atop his/her regular gas mask.

Trivia
- A firefighter's helmet usually displays the name, number and crest of the city firehouse to which he belongs. Since the Pyro's helmet displays only his/her icon, it would seem he/she is still far more interested in starting fires than putting them out.
- This hat is designed with a brim on the back, designed to prevent water runoff from firefighting hoses onto the wearer's neck. With the Pyro, it serves very little purpose.
- When painted, the RED/BLU area changes color to match whichever paint is used; the yellow area of the flame emblem remains the same.
- The Brigade Helm is one of the few random drop hats that still lacks a description.
