The Hanger-On Hood is a headwear item for the Scout. It is a black mask with golden Antennae and golden ornament around the eyelids similar to the hoods worn by the Monarch Henchmen on the show The Venture Bros.

- The Hanger-On Hood was added to the game.
Bugs
- In the Mann Co. Store preview there is a Style button, but pressing it does not do anything.
- In your backpack, you can change the Style of the hat, but neither style changes the hat's look.
