- The name of this item is a reference to the 1993 movie Sleepless in Seattle.
- When this item was first added to the game in the End of the Line Update, it was temporarily available in Unusual quality. This was fixed a few hours later, in a second patch. Existing versions of Sleeveless in Siberia with the Unusual quality have not been removed.
