The Heartfelt Hero is a community-contributed cosmetic item for all classes. It appears as a half-gold, half-silver heart, adorned with wings and a team-colored ribbon that forms a bow at the top and goes around the medal. Just below the heart the ribbon also forms a sort of plaque with the words "HUGS.TF 2018" written on it.

This item is awarded in Genuine quality to players who donate at least £10 ($15) to the hugs.tf charity drive, through item or monetary donations.

The Heartfelt Hero was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
