The Texas Toast is a community-created cosmetic item for the Engineer. It adds a hat resembling a Stetson, sporting a pop-up toaster for a crown and a length of paintable electrical cable wrapped around its body. A slider, red and green indicator lights, and a timer knob are on the front; the green light is illuminated, indicating that the bread slotted into the top of the hat has been toasted. The bread and slider move up and down.
The Texas Toast was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

Notes
- Using the Cream Spirit paint on this item provides absolutely no visual difference in-game on either team. This happens because the exact same color values are used for both the paint and the item's default "unpainted" color.
Trivia
- Texas Toast is a type of bread that is traditionally cut into thick slices, seasoned with butter or garlic, and grilled until it is golden brown.
