Brimstone is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It appears as a pair of curved horns.
This item has two styles, named "Hat" and "No Hat". The "Hat" style retains the default headgear, while the "No Hat" style hides the default headgear. The styles will share the same appearance for classes that do not have any default headgear.
Brimstone was awarded in Genuine quality to players who purchased The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth on Steam before December 10, 2014.
