The Noble Amassment of Hats is a headwear item for all classes. It appears as a black top hat, similar to the Demoman's Scotsman's Stove Pipe, atop a grey bowler similar to the Backbiter's Billycock.
The hat description was written by Nekopawed for the Hat Describing Contest and was slightly edited by Valve.

- Fixed the Noble Amassment of Hats being included in the crafting of class-specific hats using class tokens.
- The "Fabricate Class Headgear" recipe no longer has a chance of creating all-class hats.
