The Storm Spirit's Jolly Hat is a promotional headwear item for the Heavy. It appears as a team-colored Template:W with small sticks of bamboo sticking out at intervals, similar to that of the hat worn by Raijin Thunderkeg, also known as the Storm Spirit, in Dota 2. This item, along with the other Dota 2 promos was given to entrants of the DOTA 2 International Championship Gamescom 2011.

Bugs
- The Item schema reports the Storm Spirit's Jolly Hat as being paintable, however its texture files are not equipped to be painted, instead being equipped for self-illumination – single texture files cannot both be paintable and self-illuminated. The texture file's alpha channel for this item is also blank causing self-illumination to have no effect.
