The Ghastlier Gibus is a Halloween 2010 event item upgraded version of the Ghastly Gibus (Still uncraftable but tradable) for those who earned it before Halloween 2010. The Ghastlier Gibus is tradable but not craftable just like the previous one. The upgraded hat sports a new decoration similar to that bat on the Horseless Headless Horsemann's belt. It also has a black stripe near the tab. It appears similar to the standard Gibus otherwise, as well as sharing its ability to be worn by all classes. Team Fortress 2 players following 2010 can still receive the old Gastly Gibus hat by acquiring the achievement: "Ghastly Gibus Grab"
This item can be used with the Name Tag, Description Tag, and Paint.
