The Tsar Platinum is a community-created cosmetic item for the Heavy. It is a naval officer's coat, featuring team colored arm bands that replace the Heavy's usual class symbol with an anchor.

Trivia
- The item's name is a reference to Star Platinum from the manga series JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. "Tsar" was the title of the Emperors of Russia.
- The design of the item is also a reference to the jacket worn by Jotaro Kujo, the primary protagonist of Stardust Crusaders.
