The Citizen Cane is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a team-colored candy cane-styled top hat with a ribbon band at the base of the cone.
This item has two styles, named "Glasses" and "No Glasses". The "Glasses" style also adds team-colored, candy cane-styled glasses (on the Pyro, it instead changes their gas mask's lenses), while the "No Glasses" style only adds the top hat.
The Citizen Cane was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
