Bugs
- A Procedure Mask that has been painted with "Balaclavas Are Forever" paint will always be RED team colors after the Medic dies, even while on BLU team.
Trivia
- Procedure masks are worn during any form of surgical procedure to prevent spreading infectious bacteria or viruses onto an open wound.
- According to the item's creator, this item took about half an hour to complete.[1]
