[Undocumented] Fixed an issue where the medals awarded for participation displayed as red errors

The first design for season 6 medals was turned down by valve due to their size or the poly count.
The current ingame design was made within 2 weeks after the first was rejected.
The players who were awarded 1st 2rd or 3rd place medals were also awarded a Participant medal, the cause for this was that Valve rejected the original models submitted, and the creator had to come up with another design in 2-3 weeks. The placement medals were unpolished and the design of them were slightly controversial.
