[Undocumented] Fixed an issue where the medals awarded for participation displayed as red errors

The first design for season 6 medals was turned down by valve due to their size or the poly count.
The current ingame design was made within 2 weeks after the first was rejected.
The players who were awarded 1st 2rd or 3rd place medals were also awarded a Participant medal, the cause for this was that Valve rejected the original models submitted, and the creator had to come up with another design in 2–3 weeks. The placement medals were unpolished and the design of them were slightly controversial.
