The Mucous Membrain is a headwear item for the Pyro. It appears as a glowing, green, gelatinous glob of goo erupting from the Pyro's head.
The Mucous Membrain was contributed to the Steam Workshop.

- The name is a combination of the terms Mucus Membrane, referring to the thin layer of saliva covering most openings of the human body, and the brain.
