The Ghastlier Gibus is a Halloween 2010 event item upgraded version of the Ghastly Gibus (Still uncraftable but tradable) for those who earned it before Halloween 2010. The upgraded hat sports a new decoration similar to that on the Horseless Headless Horsemann's belt. It appears similar to the standard Gibus otherwise, as well as sharing its ability to be worn by all classes. It has been speculated that the Team Fortress 2 players following 2010 can still receive the old Gastly Gibus hat, but it has not been proven as of yet.
This item can be used with the Name Tag, Description Tag, and Paint.
