The Ghastlier Gibus is a Halloween 2010 event item upgraded version of the Ghastly Gibus (Still uncraftable but tradable) for those who earned it before Halloween 2010. The upgraded hat sports a new decoration similar to that bat on the Horseless Headless Horsemann's belt. It also has a black stripe near the tab. It appears similar to the standard Gibus otherwise, as well as sharing its ability to be worn by all classes. Team Fortress 2 players following 2010 can still receive the old Gastly Gibus hat by acquiring the achievement: "Ghastly Gibus Grab"
This item can be used with the Name Tag, Description Tag, and Paint.
