The Plutonidome is a community-created cosmetic item for the Pyro. It replaces the Pyro's head with a brain contained within a pressurized shell inside neon green fluid.
This item has two styles, "Functioning" and "Broken". The aptly named "Broken" style cracks the glass, draining the fluid and leaving the brain in a small puddle.
This item can only be worn around Halloween or during a Full Moon; at other times of the year, it does not appear in gameplay, unless the server has Halloween mode enabled. However, it can be equipped at any time and can still be viewed on the loadout screen even when it is not visible during games.
The Plutonidome was originally contributed to the Steam Workshop under the name "The Cortex Command".
