The Pocket Momma is a community-created cosmetic item for the Spy. It is a doll of the opposing team's Scout's mother in a pocket on the Spy's suit, similar to the Pocket Medic or Pocket Heavy.

Trivia
- There is a rumor among the TF2 Community that the BLU Scout's father is the RED Spy. This rumor started when in the official video, Meet the Spy, Spy is seen with a folder full of pornographic images of himself and the enemy Scout's Mom. This has been joked about in the Official TF2 Comics when Scout has a "flashback dream" about himself as child, where Spy and Scout's Mother are seen cuddling, however the version in the comic shows that the RED Spy is the RED Scout's father. This cosmetic references this rumor.
