The Crosslinker's Coil is a promotional cosmetic item for all classes. It is a fedora hat with electrical cable wrapped around it, powered by team-colored batteries sporting the Mann Co. logo, similar to the hat worn by Richard Conway in Gunpoint. Its description and concept points to the fact that wearing this hat could have DANGEROUS side effects such as death. This is most likely due to the radiation given of extremely high powered lines. It continues on to mock safety stating that its "strange".
